We process your email, language, answers, race results, plans and logs to manage your account and provide your plan. We send sign-in links and necessary service notices, without advertising. Legal basis: performance of the service you request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). The Coach waitlist responds to your request for information; email us to leave it.

We use activity events to evaluate the beta and prevent abuse under legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). They may include a session identifier, plan, language and country. Do not enter medical information in notes. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects.

Providers: DigitalOcean hosts the app and database; Resend delivers email; Telegram receives internal activity notices including your email, plan, language and country. Only the team can access the chat. These services may process data outside the EEA. We apply the relevant GDPR Chapter V safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where appropriate. Contact us for information about these safeguards.

We retain account and training data while you keep your account or until you request deletion. We remove waitlist entries on request. Account deletion removes plans, logs and sign-in links and anonymises linked events. Backups rotate after 14 days; we reapply deletion requests after a restore. Sign-in links expire in 20 minutes. We limit technical logs through size rotation. We also handle requests about email and internal notices retained by providers.

Email the contact above to request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability. Your account lets you export your data as JSON and delete it. We reply within one month, subject to legal extensions. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

We use only the encrypted technical cookie pacespan-session, with HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, for up to 30 days. It keeps you signed in, protects forms and recovers anonymous plans. We use no advertising or third-party cookies and show no consent banner.
